Course details

This course focuses on the knowledge and skills in fostering service innovation culture in your organisation. It includes enabling and supporting the operationalisation of innovative practices, facilitating its implementation and evaluating its success.

Target Audience:

This course is for managers and service leaders from various service industry sectors. 

What You Will Learn:

  • Promote a service innovation culture within the organisation
  • Lead team in generating service innovation ideas which are in line with the organisation’s evaluation criteria
  • Facilitate the implementation of service innovation ideas at the workplace
  • Evaluate success of implemented service innovation ideas

Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions 

Requirements: 

  • Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 5 / O / A-Level English OR
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role (preferably in the service sector)

Teacher & Student Ratio: 1:25 (maximum capacity)
