Course details

This course covers the knowledge and skills required to develop new product / services in line with customers' needs and expectations. It focuses on how to use data and resources to assess customers' needs and expectations, ways to innovate products / services, and evaluatiing the success of the new offering.

Target Audience:

This course is for managers and service leaders from various service industry sectors. 

What You Will Learn:

  • Assess customer’s needs & expectations to develop new products / services
  • Innovate product or service offerings to respond to customer’s needs & expectations
  • Evaluate product/service developed to ensure that it is in line with customer’s needs & expectations

Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions 

Requirements: 

  • Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 5 / O / A-Level English OR
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role (preferably in the service sector)

Teacher & Student Ratio: 1:25 (maximum capacity)
