Course details

This course focuses on the knowledge and skills in championing a service innovation culture within the organisation. It involves the establishment of a service innovation strategy to provide directions that initiate the development of operating systems, policies and processes to support service excellence and innovation. It also involves evaluating the service innovation strategy and its impact on the organisation’s internal and external key performance indicators.

Target Audience:

This course is for VPs and service directors from various service industry sectors. 

What You Will Learn:

  • Develop service innovation framework that is in line with the organisation’s vision, mission & values
  • Establish a culture that promotes service innovation
  • Evaluate service innovation framework to analyse impact on organisation’s key performance indicators

Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions 

Requirements: 

  • Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 7 / O / A-Level English OR
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a senior management role (preferably in the service sector)

Teacher & Student Ratio: 1:25 (maximum capacity)
