This course focuses on the knowledge and skills to uplift the service excellence ethos, in line with your organisation's customer-focused strategy. It involves methods to advocate the service excellence ethos to internal stakeholders, ways to evaluate the effectiveness of your customer-focused strategy and exploring the environment for new opportunities.
Target Audience:
This course is for VPs and service directors from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Design a customer-focused strategy that is in line with the organisation’s vision, mission & values
- Advocate the service excellence ethos to obtain buy-in from internal stakeholders
- Evaluate customer-focused strategy to determine corrective actions
- Update the customer-focused strategy in line with market trends & opportunities
Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 7 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a senior management role (preferably in the service sector)
