These include 3D animation production, TV commercials, Motion Graphics, Music Videos, 2D and 3D special effects, Games, Mobile Applications as well as contemporary and conceptual productions. This commercial activity has created an insatiable demand for a wide range of animation-based skills, from conceptualisation to development to final production. The Diploma in Animation is a vocational training Programme, focusing on the development of technical skills suitable for entry into Animation related industries, including Film, TV commercial and series, and Web-based production. You will ultimately produce a technical showreel of your work, specifically focusing on the production and integration of animation.

You will continue to develop over-arching theoretical methods and practical skills such as Acting for Animation, Drawing Classes and Programming. Group projects and professional practices are introduced and emphasis is placed on you developing your visual and verbal communication skills in a specialised field of animation.
