Organisations are aware that the ability to innovate is the key to providing a strategic edge in an increasing competitive market. However, they are often faced with the daunting task of teaching their employees how to innovate, and showing leaders how to lead their employees in innovation.
This unit examines the various aspects required of leaders when they are developing a culture that supports the innovation process.
