Course details
The WSQ Certificate in Beverage Operations competency programme is sdesigned to equip candidates with the knowledgte and aplication skills in working in the F&B enviornment and be able to apply them at workplace especially in the Bar/Beverage areas.
Who Should Attend
- Candidates looking to upgrade themselves and recieve certification
- Existing Staff, Supervisors, and/or Team Leaders in the Bar/Beverage service area
Entry Pre-Requisites
- WPLN 4 / IELTS 4-5 / Secondary without GCE N/O Level Pass
- Ability to read, write and interpret simple instructions in English / Mandarin
- Ability to listen and speak simple phrases in English / Mandarin
Award / Awarding Body
Upon Successful completion of the program, candidates would recieve:
- WSQ Certificate in Beverage Operations
- WSQ Statement of Attainment for all modules completed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)

- Prepare and Serve Coffee and tea
- Prepare Non-Alchoholic Beverages
