Course details
Staying connected online has become an important part of young Singaporean lives. Using computers and other smart devices such as mobile phones and tablets may be simple for the younger generation but not for the senior generation. With the training and guidance provided in this workshop, the seniors will realize that they also have the ability to use a tablet on their own and be part of the online community.
Tablet used is andriod-based but topics taught and lessons learnt are transferable to other platforms such as iOS.

- Understanding and using essential operations of a tablet
- Navigating a tablet using touch screen gestures
- Introducing basic functions of a tablet
- Connecting to Wifi and the Internet
- Using search engine
- Navigating Google Play Store
- Having fun with Google Apps

- To produce Pioneer Generation Card at point of registration.
- Understand Basic English (Course is conducted in English)
