Objectives
- To equip participants with an integrated knowledge of general business and the operations of the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industries.
- Designed for individuals who aspire to begin a career in the travel, tourism and hospitality field or would like to assume greater responsibilities in one of the many ancillary service industries.
- To develop the participant’s ability to make an immediate contribution to employment in the hospitality management industry, through effective use and combination of the knowledge and skills gained in different parts of the programme
- To enable progression to an undergraduate degree or further professional qualification in hospitality management or a related area.
