- Duration: 2 Days
Course details
Digital media has made information sharing one of the most prevailing ways businesses are distributed, especially through word-of-mouth (peer) marketing. As social media gains more traction as a marketing tool, smaller businesses can now reach out to their target markets at a much lower cost. This unit equips participants with the skills to develop successful marketing campaigns in the digital world.
This unit will introduce a unified framework that looks at how audience engagement may be achieved on various media platforms, and how they can be directed and focused at building brand loyalty, stickiness and advocacy. Participants will be encouraged to adopt this new framework, and use it to build genuine relationships with their audience by developing engaging marketing initiatives that blends both traditional and digital strategies. Participants will also explore how the use of their workforce in audience engagement is often the most overlooked and underused asset an organisation can employ.
