Course Content
- Describing basic factors affecting wine style, flavour, quality and price;
- Applying basic techniques to taste, examine and evaluate wine;
- Listing major international grape varieties and their characteristics;
- Identifying various considerations related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages;
- Describing guidelines for pairing wine with food; and
- Presenting, opening, decanting and serving wine.
