The first time most project managers become aware of the existence of S-curve is when they are requested by the client or senior management to include one in their next progress report. 

So what exactly is a S-curve? 

S-curves are an important project management tool as they allow the progress of a project to be tracked visually over time and form a historical record of what has happened to date. Analyses of S-curves allow project managers to quickly identify project growth, slippage, and potential problems that could adversely impact the project if no remedial action is taken.

This 1 day instructor led course empowers participants with the knowledge and skills on how S-curve can be applied in project management as a tool for monitoring the growth, progress and performance of ongoing projects.
