INTRODUCTION
Every individual, team and organization today faces a constant variety of major and minor changes. As organizations are forced to change, we are expected to change as well. Often we view change as something out of control, something that is happening to us rather than something that we choose to do. As a result, we may feel unprepared, unwilling or unable to make the changes expected of us.
Change management is an organizational process aimed at empowering employees to accept and embrace changes for optimal performance.
MANAGING CHANGE is a workshop specially designed to help the employees understand change and their own reactions to these changes so that they can move quickly, completely and effectively through the change process for that optimal performance in the workplace.
