Make-up is as an essential part of the filmmaking process. With the advent of HD, every blemish can be seen and every detail noticed. The role of a professional make-up artist is a key and integral part of the crew. Knowing what make-up to apply and when, is not only crucial, but the ability to apply less, rather than more, can often become essential.
This Masterclass will focus on the overall image for HD productions from make-up, hair to costume styling and how external factors such as lighting, weather and skin can make a difference to the final image.
