Muscular System
- Structure and Function.
- Physiology of muscle cells, its origin, insertion and action of each muscles.
- Joint structures and its supporting system - Synovial joints, Cartilage, Ligaments, Synovial membrane, bursa.
Principles of Training, Force and Motion and Therapy :
- Over Training, Stretching, Motive & resistive force,
- Effects of stress during sporting activities
- Injury prevention and management, therapy & rehabilitative training
