Course details
The course is designed for people in the shipping, logistics, freight-forwarding, trading, manufacturing and related industries. Incorporating the best practices of the industry and enhanced by the combination of business subjects the course aims to sharpen skills of the participants and also prepare them for an entry into a related under-graduate program.
Entry Requirements
- IMBM Certificate
- 3 GCE 'O' Level credits incl. English (Min. C6)
- Higher Nitec or equivlant qualifications
- Students without these qualifications but with relevant work experiance can take the certificate level course (3 subjects) & on completion move to the Diploma level

Will I recieve a certificate of completion?
A student will have to pass all the subjects (8) to qualify for the award of the Diploma. Students are assessed on submission of assignments/projects & examinations. The Diploma is issued by Institute of Maritime & Business Management (IMBM), a Council for Private Education (CPE) registered school.
