One of the project manager's many responsibilities is to update, track and monitor the project's time, cost, scope and other relevant information in the project plan regularly. While preparing the project report, you will realize that it would be difficult for the stakeholders to comprehend the plan as the project report has many columns that need to be presented in different views for clarity and decision making. As the number of tasks increases, highlighting each task could also confuse your stakeholders further. Once the information is updated, you will prepare and present these varied information to clients on scheduled project meetings. This 1 day instructor led course will empower participants with the knowledge and skills on how to use visual reports to view Project information graphically using enhanced PivotTables in Excel 2010/ 2013. Once Project information has been exported to Excel, you can further customize the reports with Excel 2010 enhanced PivotTable features, such as filter slicers, searching within PivotTables, Sparklines within PivotTables to show trends instantly, and OLAP write-back improvements.
