Management that consistently takes financial snapshots will have the advantage of making timely contingency plans in response to the economic changes or even a crisis. This workshop is designed to be interactive and consultative to equip management with essential tools to analyse their business finacial performance.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for senior management, business owners and entrepreneurs who want to be equipped with tools to keep tab on their company's critical numbers.

Course Content

Group activities including a guest speaker for a short dialogue session are the main attributes of this workshop. Participants will benefit from the following topics:

Determine the critical factors of financial management

  • Introduce ways to facilitate healthy corporate growth through managing short- term, mid- term and long term profitability.
  • Provide analysis on the short term and long term impact of financial status and the importance of assets and loans review and strategy.
  • Provide methods of cash flow management in good and bad times. 

Understand the use of financial status review tools and follow-up actions, including financial ratios and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Provide proposals on common sources of financing and cost- saving measures, including means of borrowings and application for government grants

Outline the ket strategy for enterprise health

Assessment and Certificate

  • Participants who fulfill at least 75% attendance for the whole course will be awarded Certificate of Attendance.
