Wine knowledge has gradually “sipped” into our lifestyle unknowingly; be it choosing a right bottle of wine for the dinner or doing the simple task of opening a bottle of fine wine at home when hosting friends.

There is a need to know some basic knowledge and etiquette about wines, to put ourselves in the positive light, when serving wines to our guests or drinking wines with friends.

This Basic Wine Appreciation Workshop will introduce to the participants the basic wine making process, various grape varietals, wine lingos and the basic guidelines for food & wine matching.

So, relax and enjoy the wines in this workshop, through the 4 ‘S’ to Tasting.
