Silver Productivity is the FIRST of its kind training programme to raise productivity and enhance the well-being of older workers at the workplace.
Targeted at HR Professional and Line/Operations Managers, this Strategic Business Improvement Course will enable them to identify challenges of a mature worker, redesign policies, processes and improve the working environment. Productivity managers with ergonomics and lean enterprise specialty will also be attached to companies to coach the project implementation.
WHY Silver Productivity?
This strategic business improvement course is aimed at enhancing processes and features that will drive productivity of older workers in the manufacturing and service sectors. The programme includes a training session to identify the needs of mature workers and how to meet them, followed by:
- Modules for Operations and HR personnel to rethink and redesign their policies and processes more effectively.
- Attaching productivity managers with ergonomics and lean enterprise specialty
