The last module is the implementation of a work process redesign project to enable companies with ageing workforce to redesign their work process and/or work environment to improve productivity. There will be 4 coaching/consulting days by a consultant with ergonomics and lean enterprise specialty.

  • Conduct vigorous root cause analysis for mature workers

  • Review implement process
  • Review investment & results
  • Ideas for improvement plan & scheduling

Workshop IV Outline

  • Confirm implement effect, review, identify additional issues
  • Prepare report
  • Presentation to Management
