Course Objective
The Executive Certificate in Communication Skills aims to equip students with the knowledge and techniques of effective business communication in an organisation.
Faculty & Mode Of Delivery
Our teaching faculty are experienced practitioners with the accredited academic qualifications and professional competence. This course is 100% face-to-face lecture. The course work includes attendance at lectures, case discussions and class participations.
Admission Criteria
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and must meet the minimum prerequisites as stated below:
- GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English; or
- Full GCE ‘N’ Level with pass in English; or
- NITEC qualifications
Those who do not have requisite qualifications, but have related work experience can be considered for entry to this course.
Attendance & Assessment
Attendance is monitored regularly and unless approved, students must achieve a minimum overall attendance of 75% to sit for the written examination. Assessment of this course is based on 100% written examination.
Academic Award
Students who pass this course will be awarded with the Executive Certificate in Communication Skills.
Award Recognition
Graduates of this course can qualify for an international competency award as a World Accredited Practitioner in the field of business communication, which is granted by World Certification Institute (WCI).
