Innovation is a “must” if you want your organisation to survive and thrive in today’s economy. But the key to making it happen is creativity. Business leaders now understand the importance of employee creativity in bringing about innovation that translates into growth and sustainability of their organisations.

In this activities-filled workshop, participants will learn techniques for developing an innovation mindset that will help bring out your creativity that can contribute innovative responses at work. The mindset, coupled with skillset that involves practical techniques and tools and a personal innovation strategy, will help participants to improve their performance and position themselves for greater opportunities within and beyond the workplace.
