earning Outcome
Participants of the Certification Course for Green Mark Manager will have an in-depth understanding of the BCA Green Mark Assessment Criteria, legislative framework, underlying performance standards and the assessment systems. Focus will also be placed on green building technologies, in which the participants will learn the methods of identifying, evaluating and selecting cost effective solutions and technologies towards better building performance and higher Green Mark scores. On top of that, the course will touch on the integration of passive and active designs, and co-operation between disciplines in the design stage, so as to optimise energy use in buildings.
