Legal Requirement
FACTORIES (SHIPBUILDING AND SHIPREPAIR) REG R23(1)
No Shipyard Workers (General) shall carry out hazardous work in a shipyard or on board a ship in the harbour unless he has undergone Shipyard Safety Instruction Course for Workers (General Trade) course approve by the Chief Inspector.
