Introduction to shabby chic painting and effects.

This course is perfect for the complete novice / beginner you will learn three different paintings techniques used for painting and finishing Shabby Chic furniture and products.

During this course you will learn the essential basics such as distressing (aged look) , Crackalacquer ( Crackle glazing ) and waxing (light / dark waxing).

Our friendly and expert training will go on to guide you through the process step by step giving you the basic skills to start your very own Shabby Chic dream.

- Crackalacquer ( Crackle Effect )
- Light / dark waxing (smooth modern finish)

We will also explain the different finishes / techniques i.e waxing / distressing / using gloss rollers / brushing techniques.
