INTRODUCTION
This workshop is designed to give participants an understanding of the importance of service innovation and the methods and opportunities that are available to generate ideas that contribute to service innovation.
By applying the newly acquired attitudes, knowledge and skills to real life customer service challenges, participants will be able to generate innovative solutions to the challenging customer service issues faced by the organization.

- Generate potential service innovation ideas to transform the customer experience
- Evaluate potential service innovation ideas according to organizational evaluation criteria
- Present mock ups of service innovation ideas to stakeholders
