Course details

This course will address a few of the problems that arise from sitting for prolonged periods of time. This course will also provide you with the tools to help yourself correct your posture due to that sitting.

The tools include:

  • Stretching
  • Exercises

This initial course will take less than an hour. There is also additional video at the end of the course so allow you to follow along with the stretches without the verbal instructions.
