Secretarial English Programme (SEP) - Level 1 Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance

In today's business world, the role of a Personal Assistant/ Secretary requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, either internally with colleagues or externally with clients and suppliers. BIBF offers the SEP course which helps Personal Assistants /Secretaries to improve their English communication in a work environment. This programme will encourage participants to develop their language skills in situations and contexts relevant to their professional work. The program will focus on developing skills through practical application, vocabulary development, language analysis, active listening practice, relevant role plays and group activities in business-related situations leading to written and oral production.
