This course contains a series of video clips fronted by actors duplicating the testimony of current and ex-offenders that explain graphically how a series of everyday scams are carried out under the noses of staff and more importantly how frontline personnel can use safe behaviours to thwart these aspects of crime.

Ian Kirke LLB (Hons), MSc., Cert Ed, the course tutor, is a former UK police officer and current academic who specialises in risk management and has conducted face to face interviews with many past and present criminals.
