Course details
The course is designed to give delegates an understanding of the legal requirements surrounding the assembly, use and dismantling of scaffold towers.
COURSE CONTENT
The course includes lecture, practical demonstration and theory assessment and covers the following elements:·
- Legislation
- Manufactures instructions
- Component inspection
- Assembly & dismantling of aluminium scaffold towers
- Written assessment
TARGET AUDIENCE
The course is designed for all personnel required to erect, use and dismantle scaffold towers in the work place and is a mixture of classroom and workshop based learning based on NPORS and HSE guidance and standards.
PRE-COURSE PREPARATION
It is expected that all delegates will provide their own PPE and that scaffold tower will be in good order, and be supplied with the manufacturers assembly instruction.
CERTIFICATION
Delegates who successfully complete the course and the theory assessment will be issued a certificate of attendance.
