Word 2010 saves documents in many formats (including standard file extension .docx), in addition to the already known .doc extension. Also © n can save documents as PDF or XPS files to block edition and to provide standardized appearances sharing. In addition, you can save and send a document via e-mail © s, Microsoft SkyDrive, upload a document as a blog or save it to SharePoint. To print a document, you can use the new function Print interface of Word 2010 that has print settings, such as orientation and two-sided printing on the same page as a preview of the document.
