Course details
Levels 3 and 4 cover the Elementary book of Oxford's New Headway Plus.
Classes meet Sunday through Thursday for 2 hours a day.
- Course Goal:
- You will improve your English vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
- This will prepare you to use English in your real life for work, school, travel, relationships, etc.
Who can attend the course?
Most of our students are 16 to 30 years old, though everyone 12 older is welcome to join!
Some of the grammar points covered include:
the verb "to be," possessive adjectives, questions and negatives, possessive 's, present simple, prepositions of place, some and any, demonstrative pronouns, can and could, past simple, irregular verbs, time expressions, count and uncount nouns, like/would like, a and some, much and many, comparatives and superlatives, present continuous, whose/who's, going to, possessive pronouns, infinitive of purpose, adverbs and adjectives, and the present ;
