Overview

This course explores the effective performance management three steps – Planning, Coaching, and Reviewing.

Participants learn about planning and learn to ensure that performance goals are clear and mutually understood.

They are provided the the tools to coach and understand that needs must be assessed and then addressed with appropriate detail and frequency throughout the performance period.

Participants explore the teviewing step and learn to evaluate actual results achieved, providing feedback about the results, and determining performance ratings.
