Eligibility / Requirements
The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma is equivalent to an undergraduate degree and is the qualification to study if you have some experience in L&D and are looking to develop in your career. You will be expected to submit a written assignment at the end of each ;
To successfully enrol on this course, you must have:
- Some L&D experience in an entry-level L&D or HR role
- Be in a managerial-level position which involves elements of L&D
- Hold a university degree and have the desire to advance L&D studies at a higher level than the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate
- IELTS: overall score with a minimum of in each category
- TOEFL: 71 overall score with a minimum of 17 in each category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
