Eligibility / Requirements
The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate is the ideal place to start if you have little to no experience in HR or L&D. You will be expected to submit a written assignment at the end of each ;
To enrol on this course, there are no formal or mandatory entry requirements.
If English is your second language, we do, however, recommend that you have achieved one of the following (or an equivalent):
- IELTS: overall score with a minimum of in each category
- TOEFL: 71 overall score with a minimum of 17 in each category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
