San Jieh Dao Combative Martial Arts Series as taught by SJD founder Sifu Bahram Khozairy is a comprehensive lessons that covers the Phase I of SJD Curriculum. Video series covers the Rich and Fully involved Phase I composite elements, including, Kickboxing, Kicking, Boxing, Trapping, Grappling, Weapons, Offensive, Defensive Counter, Locks, Submissions, Take down, ... etc; individually as well as combination level. Trapping - Empty Hand: High Reference Point, Bong Sao (out), Tung Sao (in)
Trapping - Empty Hand: Parries (rear cross parries, inside, outside zones) against jab, cross.

Kickboxing combination - Thai Pads: Rear Knee Up, RearHook Kick, Rear Elbow.
Boxing - Punch Boxing: Rhythym & Reaction Drills.
Video Phase 1 - 2b : Double Sticks - warm up, combination: 6k(counts) - retract open - high, standard, low.
Single Sticks - Offense, Defense, Counter: Roof block, Scizzor.
Single Sticks - Disarm againts #1, #2 lines of attack, snake, wing, pop-up.
Video Phase 1 - 3a : Kicking - Heavy Bag: Rear Hook Kick, Front Side Kick, Front Hook Kick, Combination.
Boxing - punch boxing - Empty Hand - Bag Gloves: 4 Hit Rythym, crosses, hooks, Tunnel Parry, Weaves.
