The programme is tailor-made by WOU to meet PERODUA's (Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd) specific needs to upgrade the company's (i) front-line sales personnel and (ii) after-sales technical service and customer service personnel. The programme is focused mainly on the sales and services disciplines. This programme structure consisting of 12 courses is based on the Executive Diploma Programme Standard stipulated by MQA. The programme is compact and can be completed in 2 years (4 semesters). This programme efficiently facilitates the upgrading of skills and competencies in the sales, marketing and services disciplines. The programme is suitable for operational and middle level management personnel.
