Safety Management Leadership is a new two day course offered by the National Safety Council which provides management with the knowledge to recognize and assess their role in leading the implementation of an effective safety management system to ensure a high level of performance.

The program provides an overview of the four essential characteristics in the journey to Safety Excellence through Management leadership and commitment; Employee involvement; Measurement systems and Continuous improvement process of the safety management process

Assessment and Certification:

Assessment comprises a multiple choice exam followed by practical basement. Candidates will be awarded Safety Management Leadership from ASSE-MEC and National Safety Council which carries 1.6 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) towards advance certificate.
