    This course provides an update on common contemporary disputes occurring in the construction sector in Singapore and explains the various root causes in relation to such disputes. Four case studies will be explored, varying in the nature and period of the dispute. It will further explain the ethical duties and fundamental obligations – not at law but on the field of the construction – that Engineers and Supervisors need to maintain so that disputes are prevented or at least, the best arguments and evidence can be produced when disputes become inevitable.
