Course details

Each organization has a "mission" and "vision" to form it. Companies may encounter different types of risk in a particular way. This course includes a "definition of risk and control" that companies may face, which are documented in a systematic approach known as a "risk management process". This risk management process provides a reasonable defense mechanism against potential risks that the Organization may face. Risk management is therefore defined as "a set of actions that are integrated into the broader context of the organization, which are directed towards assessing and measuring potential risk situations and detailing strategies for managing it.
