Course Aims
This courses is for people who already have good general CAD skills and want to understand the basics of modelling for buildings. Participants begin with the general features of the program and then progress to BIM and tools including construction documentation. The course also covers schematic design, system analysis and design visualisation.

Modelling concepts (walls, doors, etc) User interface, tools, elements and families Views, objects, sections and elevations Introduction to 3D Views Projects, templates, settings and linking
Volumes, Heating/Cooling and HVAC

- Heating/cooling definitions, loads and

- HVAC system creation and layouts
Piping/Plumbing and Electrical/Fire Protection
