Course details
This half day programme is aimed at management within the Retail Sector and will provide participants with a working knowledge of Consumer Law and how it affects their day to day operations. This management group will also be able to train their respective retail teams similarly.
OBJECTIVES
On completion of this programme, participants will understand key elements of:
- Contract Law
- The Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980
- The Consumer Protection Act 2007
