Course details

The Repair the World Serve Smart Toolkit will prepare you to connect good intentions with local needs. You'll sharpen your self awareness, add complexity to your understanding of service from a Jewish perspective, and envision your path to mastery.

These materials are designed for anyone passionate about making a difference. The resources can guide, support, and challenge you over the course of the year as you build relationships, serve your communities, and engage others in service. You can adapt the resources here to inspire, challenge, and engage your volunteers by facilitating rich conversations that help volunteers understand why they serve and motivates volunteers to keep serving.

Each module begins with a video by veteran social innovator Ryan Richards, Founder and CEO of Serve Smart, and follows with a host of resources that help explore and unpack the topic in different ways. We look forward to hearing from you about how you apply the toolkit to your work. Please reach out to your City Director or contact Maital Friedman at maital.friedman@werepair.org if you have questions or ideas.
