Join Catherine Fulvio as she guides you through a selection lection of inspiring and delicious recipes to include;-Spicy Cashew Chicken Curry, Chinese Style Beef with Parsnip Mash, Rosemary Honey Plum Tart, Panfried Sea Bass with Chilli and Ginger-,for those who love to cook at the weekend. We will work through recipes for Friday night supper, Saturday dinner party and Sunday lunch. Hands on class with light lunch / tasting plate. A full suite of recipes accompany this class.
