The role of the Receptionist is key to any organisation. As the first line of contact with the client first impressions count! This course is ideal for someone who would like to become a receptionist and people wishing to hone their Receptionist Skills. These are the techniques employers are looking for when hiring a new receptionist. Participants will become able to guide visitors to give them the information they need in the manner they need it, become more efficient on the phone and meet and greet clients professionally. They will learn techniques to promote positive language, action words and empathy statements to improve customer relations.
