This subject covers descriptive statistics, probability theory, normal distribution, estimation, hypothesis testing and linear regression.
Objectives
- Explain the various measures of data and summarised data;
- Apply probability concepts and normal distribution;
- Apply statistical inferential methods;
- Apply the concepts of simple and multiple linear regressions to make predictions and explore relationships between variables.
