"Certified Quality Management System Manager" is TCB's response to the global demand of qualified and truly competent quality management system managers.  This course gives complete understanding of quality Management system fundamentals, requirement of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, establishment , implementation, maintaining and continually improvement of QMS of an organization as well as conformity assessment as per ISO 19011/ISO 17021 including an opportunity to have a practical , hands on audit experience of a real organisation under the direction of a lead auditor. You will  learn how to implement , and manage QMS of  an organisation independently-in 6 days !  TCB certification scheme for QMSM has been designed and developed in accordance with ANSI/IACET 1:2018 and ISO 17024 .This course has been bench marked with internationally recognized scheme for Certification of Persons for global recognition

Course Content:

1. Evolution of Quality and Overview of 7 QMS Principles 

• Quality management tools: Lean, “7 tools” (Ishikawa) and bench marking principles 
• Motivation theories of Hertzberg, McGregor and Maslow 
• Terminology of ISO 9000 -relevant to quality management 
• Overview of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and its relationship to the QMS Principles
• Understanding Business Excellence Models-EFQM and MBNQA 
• Understanding  the principles of statistical methods, principles of Statistical Process Control , histograms, statistical presentation , Six Sigma Fundamentals
• General overview of the standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000 
• Organizational structures, cultures and job description with responsibility and authority specifications and assist in improvement 
• Determination of Competence requirements of People, training needs, training plans and support training execution
• Understanding and developing an organization’s context 
• Understand the concept of processes and being able to guide the organization on process establishment and maintenance Processes. Tasks of the process owner, process description and graphical presentation, process measurement. Process indicators. Key performance indicators
• Developing audit programs, auditors and managing audit programs 
• Managing Top Management Review and Driving Organizational Excellenece Initiatives
