Quality and service improvement tools applied to a healthcare setting can help organisations improve the quality, efficiency and productivity of patient care they provide. This course aims to provide a good foundation on Quality Improvement Tools by providing the knowledge, skills and tools to support its implementation in any healthcare environment and setting.
