Course Outlines:
- Components of gantry cranes
- Basic movements of gantry cranes
- Generations of container ships
- Determinants of securing the movement of crane panels and joystick
- Manoeuvres within the wards
- Dual operation ( hoist/trolley)
Course Objectives:
- Familiarize participants with the main components and technical specifications of the gantry cranes
- Rehabilitation of the participants to work on the cranes and container handling with ships by the correct ways and following the international safety instructions
Learning outcomes:
- At the end of the course the participants get a certificate of Qualifying for Gantry Crane Operators
